Diane Enos
Bookkeeper & Licensed Tax Preparer
In 1975, I became immersed in accounting in the beginnings of my education and working for CPA firms. In 1979, I moved to SLO, attended Cuesta College, and later I finished my BS in Accounting at Columbia. I found my passion in bookkeeping and tax, and that’s where I thrive today, helping people reach their financial aspirations of freshly filed tax returns and a well stated set of books.
Today, Ken and I run the Enos Silva Group, and we help people with their business services needs from basic bookkeeping to tax to Notary Public needs and Process Servicing.
When I’m not working, I spend my free time with our dogs and horses and the family cat Sissy. We travel with our dogs and the occasional romp in the arena with our horses, and when we’re not on the road, we enjoy them all immensely on our ranch. We have found that it’s very therapeutic to be with our pets during our time away from the office, and it’s how I regenerate.
Our bookkeeping department is hands-on and problem solvers with over 42 years of experience. We make sure your books are “Tax” ready. We also can prepare your regular payroll, make the paystubs available online, pay your taxes online and file your payroll tax returns each quarter with W2’s at the end of the year online.
Our tax preparation team is available year-round to help you with your tax filings, and we file all kinds of business forms for you, not just tax returns. We can file your Quarterlies, prepare and respond your Work-Comp annual audits, prepare your City Business License renewals to name just a few reports that we can prepare for you.
We can help you with Budgets and Cash Flow Management and focus on Financial Forecasts.
Our Notary Public is Mobile and also available to meet you in the office.
The Process Server is registered and bonded, and we serve individuals and attorney’s offices.
Ken Silva
Notary Public & Process Server
Later, when planning a family, I decided to raise my sons closer to town. I moved to SLO in 1985 and obtained my contractor’s license and became a licensed landscape contractor. It was hard work, but it was a good direction for me. That work came as a great outdoor pleasure for me.
Now Diane and I work together in the same office, and about 10 years ago, I obtained my Notary License. About the same time, I became a licensed/bonded Process Server. Attorneys and the public come to me for help. And when I’m not in the field handling mobile notary calls and serving papers and court documents, I too am enjoying our ranch.
